Simple question that becomes a more complex answer i’m sure. We’re coming up to Midway through 2024 – are we currently in a bull or a bear cycle? The answer seems difficult to find written down – so i thought i’d just ask, and also ask where I could find the relevent info in the future

TLDR- a risk metric of ~52% suggests it’s really hard to tell either way right now. perhaps we’re in a flat market?
