which ETH do I need?

I have AMP and SHIB in my wallet. I want to sell them. In order to sell them it looks I need ETH to move them (from my wallet to Coinbase). I get confused by so many ETH types. Can anyone please tell me which ETH I need in order to sell my coins?

Are these the steps I need to do in order to sell?

Buy ETH from Coinbase.

Move ETH from coinbase and then move to the wallet.

Move AMP/SHIB to Coinbase.

*in case anyone is wondering, no I can’t buy ETH from within my wallet. I want to keep this question geared to buy ETH from coinbase.
