It’s no secret at this point that Logan Paul has a history of being involved in shady dealings – ZachXBT, Coffeezilla, and others have all done investigations into the shady crypto dealings of Logan Paul.

But in a new video released by Coffezilla, we found out that u/coffeebreak42 was planning on releasing a new investigative piece on Liquid Marketplace an NFT trading platform which was cofounded by Logan Paul and accused of Fraud by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).

Why did Logan Paul sue me now?… Did you know 21 hours before the lawsuit I had texted Logan for comment [on Liquid Marketplace]? Did you know I told him he had 24 hours to respond and Logan sued me three hours before the deadline. Yep that’s right, Logans lawyers then threaten me in that lawsuit email – that if I report on this new video Logan might hold me accountable and Logans definition of accountability seems to mean he’ll sue me. Which is why I believe this lawsuit was not designed to win but to shut me up.

Liquid Marketplace which Logan Paul promoted and was the co-founder of was recently accused of Fraud by the OSC. When this happened Coffeezzilla contacted Logan Paul requesting comment and giving him a 24 hour deadline.

Three hours before the deadline Logan Paul sued Coffeezilla.
